Goya Caprichio
Rich, opulent and reassuringly expensive! This wine is 7 years in the making. Late harvested grapes from 100 year old vines. Partial wood aging in vast ancient casks and part in glass demijohns left outside in all weathers. Blended and aged together in small American oak barriques make this wine a very fine nectar with finesse and complexity. Red berry fruits, figs, dates, caramel and coffee all meld together on a rich palate with huge length of flavour.
