Coming From Belfast:

Arrive via the dual carriageway and continue straight ahead, under the bridge (Bangor Ring Road), along Belfast Road to the large traffic light controlled junction.

Continue straight ahead, along Abbey Street, through two small roundabouts (rotaries), past Bangor Train Station and into Main Street.

After about 150 metres, Main Street goes downhill to a set of traffic lights. get into the left-hand lane and, at the lights, follow the road around to the right staying in the left-hand lane.

As you pass the hotels on your right hand side and the marina on your left, look ahead to the small stone building, which was the old harbour master's office and is now The Boat House Restaurant.

Coming from Newtownards:

Arrive via the dual carriageway and continue straight ahead, across the Bangor Ring Road, along Newtownards Road to the large traffic light controlled junction, where you will turn right into Abbey Street.

Continue straight ahead, through two small roundabouts, past Bangor Train Station. Follow Main Street down hill (in the left-hand lane) to the traffic lights at the bottom and follow the road around to the right staying in the left-hand lane.

As you pass the hotels on your right hand side and the marina on your left, look ahead to the small stone building, which was the old harbour master's office and is now The Boat House Restaurant.
